We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Metering Services Officer at Forrestfield, on a 6-month max term basis.
About this role
As the Metering Services Officer you will be processing of meter readings data, metering service orders & market transaction data orders to support the functions of metering data publication, service performance, standing data & market transaction responses to the market.
- Interaction with internal & external stakeholders through written, telephone & face to face channels.
- Active team member responsibility for quality data processing.
- Raise & process service orders & purchasing requests for Metering.
- Processing market transactions & reading exceptions.
- Follow defined business processes
About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
- Completed Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics subjects
- At least 3 years demonstrated experience in a front-line, high volume, customer service / data processing environment
- Experience in high volume data entry
- Proficient with MS Office suite of products with good general PC literacy
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written
