As a result, the operating model of how technology supports the business is changing. This will enable improved business performance through the utilisation of digital capability, enterprise data and cyber security strategies.
The newly created role of Head of Technology & Data Services reports to the Chief Technology Officer. The primary focus of this role will be to:
- Manage and lead all technology and data services
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of technology platforms, on premise infrastructure, data analytics and cloud service
- Drive data excellence across the business
- Provide thought leadership and direction in the establishment of practice, procedure and methodologies
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to leverage the Product model to create additional value
- Establish strategies that increase return on investment and simplify reporting
Applications are sought from experienced ICT and Data professionals with a broad and deep understanding of the relevant disciplines required to deliver a business model change. Individuals must possess robust leadership credentials, an ability to manage a broad and complex stakeholder group, as well as the aptitude to build momentum within a change environment. An understanding of an asset infrastructure or operational environment will be favoured however, is not essential. Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related are desired.
