About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced organisational development (OD) professional for the position of Senior Organisational Effectiveness Consultant to drive projects with contribute to the HR functions efficiency and effectiveness and enables Western Power for the future of work.
In this role you will play an integral role in:
- Enhancing process, procedures and systems relating to onboarding, performance management, development, talent, succession planning, cross boarding, and separation.
- Embedding new processes relating to employee voice and continuous enhancement of our employee experience.
- Assisting with the enhancement of our Career and Development Framework, identifying/developing career pathways and continuously enhancing this to evolve workforce capability toward the future of work.
- Undertaking reporting and analysis to measure the effectiveness of organisational effectiveness interventions.
- Work with the Strategic workforce planning team to understands the outcomes of competency skill gap analyses and assist with the development of associated interventions in alignment with Western Power’s workforce plan.
About you:
The successful applicant will be experienced and competent in the following:
- Previous experience in a senior human resources or organisational development role.
- Previous experience in enhancing process, procedures and systems relating to onboarding, performance management, development, talent, succession planning, cross boarding and separation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate mutual beneficial outcomes.
- Solid understanding of change management and processes to ensure successful implementation of workplace change.
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
- Accreditation in DiSC, Hogan or PRINT will be highly regarded.
