We currently have an exciting opportunity for a eProcurement Specialist at our Perth Head Office on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
About this role
Western Power’s Commercial Function exists to improve safety, service, and quality and compliance outcomes whilst reducing risk, transactional and purchase item costs across the business.
As the eProcurement Specialist, you will support the business in maximising use of existing functionality as well as developing new features of Commercial systems. Knowledge of Portt Contract Management System, SAP Ariba, Ellipse will be “good to have” skill sets.
About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
- Degree qualified in Commerce, Procurement, IT Systems or related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years sound and demonstrated experience working within the procurement environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with and supporting Procurement software and ERP systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of sourcing, order to payment and contract management technologies.
- Knowledge and experience of supply chain concepts and AS4000 suite of contractual frameworks.
- Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
