You'll play a key role in conducting in-depth engineering investigations, managing critical engineering data, and driving technical innovation and process improvements. Your Role in Action
- Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of project inputs/outputs for the distribution network, including technical information.
- Complete all necessary documentation, technical assessments, and data entry, following business processes.
- Ensure design compliance with technical standards and specifications, and identify non-conformances.
- Respond to internal and external queries about projects through corporate systems.
- Follow proper change management processes for project adjustments (e.g., variations, procedures, or programs).
- Prepare management reports for submission.
- Manage your own schedule and workload to meet agreed targets.
- Provide high-level technical support and advice to team members and other groups, especially regarding asset integration.
- Ensure compliance with Western Power’s standards, legal requirements, and contracts.
- Lead by example in promoting health and safety, with a focus on safety in design.
- Plan and coordinate activities to meet project goals, standards, and budgets.
