About the opportunity
Westgold Resources are sourcing an experienced Accounts Supervisor to work in Perth Head Office on a permanent full time basis. Reporting into the Group Manager – Business Systems, the Accounts Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. This role will manage a team of four Accounts Officers, servicing the whole Westgold group.
The role includes
- Monitoring and managing unprocessed invoices in the AP automation system (Redmap/iTrack)
- Ensure Purchas Orders are in place and invoice approvals are completed according to Westgold’s DoA policy
- Ensure payment terms are made in accordance to Westgold’s Payment Terms policies
- Ensure supplier reconciliations are performed
- Assist the Business Systems Team in alignment and merger of two ERP systems
- Ensure supplier data is aligned across all companies within the Westgold Group
- Manage and coach team members
- Assist with the coaching to the wider group on processes and systems utilized in the procure to pay process
- Setup and manage reports for KPI reporting
- Ensure Westgold meets it target for the Payment Times Reporting Scheme
What do I need?
- Competent in Pronto and/or Redmap, iTrack
- Experienced in managing a transactional team, with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with accuracy
- Significant experience in high volume invoice processing environment
- Advanced written and communication skills
