About the opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, organised, and efficient Mobilisation Coordinator to join a highly productive Mobilisation team.
With the recent expansion in the Southern Goldfields region, we are looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to assist in the onboarding of personnel to our Westgold mine site operations.
The role will be on a Monday-Friday roster, located in our
Head Office in Perth CBD.
The role includes
Reporting to the Supervisor Mobilisation, the
successful candidate will work closely with the Mobilisation Coordinators and
site operational teams to:
- Oversee the Mobilisations inbox, ensuring timely responses and efficient resolution of queries.
- Upload compliance documentation to the company database with precision and accuracy.
- Provide troubleshooting support for candidate inductions, addressing any issues promptly to ensure a smooth process.
- Coordinate core mobilisation processes, including compliance requirements and induction completion programs.
- Champion adherence to correct processes, even in challenging situations.
- Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining high standards of organisation and accuracy.
- Collaborate with site management to facilitate seamless onboarding and mobilisation.
- Maintain meticulous records and generate timely reports as required.
What do I need?
- Proven experience in Site Administration and Mobilisation roles, preferably within the mining industry.
- Previous INX InTuition experience highly regarded.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accurate and precise processing of all documentation.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with key stakeholders and teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while also thriving as part of a small, dynamic team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on tools essential for coordination and reporting.
