Launch your career with WesTrac

Are you a recent Business, Commerce or Economics graduate ready to turn theory into real-world impact?

At WesTrac, this role is far more than an entry-level position. As a New Machine Sales Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting high-value machine sales by combining commercial administration, pricing analysis, and quoting support. Your work will directly influence business performance, customer outcomes, and financial accuracy across the organisation.

Our EGM began their career in this very role, highlighting the long-term opportunities available for high-performing individuals!

Working within our Sales Execution team, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of Caterpillar machine sales while developing valuable skills in commercial operations, sales support, pricing, contract administration, and stakeholder management.

Roster – 5 Days, 8.5 Hrs/Day

This is a detail-intensive, process-driven position where accuracy, organisation and analytical thinking are essential. You'll help coordinate the delivery of new machine orders while also supporting the timely creation of quotations, pricing structures, and commercial documentation that enable our sales teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate new machine sales contracts from order creation through to delivery and final invoicing.
  • Support customer quotes and tenders through pricing build-ups, cost estimates and commercial analysis.
  • Maintain quote templates and pricing packages, ensuring accurate and up-to-date commercial data.
  • Validate costs, margins, invoicing and asset data to support accurate business decisions.
  • Partner with Product Managers and sales teams to support machine sales across multiple markets.
  • Review contracts and pricing changes, resolving issues that impact profitability or customer outcomes.
  • Manage multiple systems to ensure compliance, quality control and seamless order execution.

This role has a direct financial impact, requiring strong attention to detail and accountability, as even small errors can influence margins and overall business performance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Recent graduate in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret data, pricing information and commercial documentation confidently.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Interest in commercial operations, sales support and developing a career in business.

No prior industry experience is required – we will invest and support your learning and development.

Why start your career with WesTrac?

  • Structured learning and development in a high performing commercial environment
  • Exposure to large-scale, high-value transactions and business operations
  • A role that builds foundational skills for long term career growth
  • Access to a wide network across the business, opening pathways into multiple functions
  • Competitive benefits including wellness programs, financial benefits, and career progression support
