  • 'Made for More' is a mentality – whether we're made for more flexible work arrangements, made for more mateship, or made for more career development, WesTrac prides ourselves on living by our values and being an employer of choice.

As Warehouse Operations Manager, Nat oversees all activities in our Tomago Warehouse and Hose Shop – a critical hub in WesTrac’s supply chain.

Logistics is a growing sector that Nat believes is the backbone of any successful business. In the warehouse, she’s seen more women come through with non-traditional backgrounds including retail, hospitality, and childcare.

“These respective professions require high attention to detail, excellent communication, the ability to multi-task, organisation skills, as well as innovative and creative thinking – all essential expertise that can diversify our skill sets and bring in new perspectives.”

Nat anticipates that our culture will ultimately change as we attract new people from diverse backgrounds, regardless of gender.
