Department Overview
The Components Workshop plays a critical role in delivering quality rebuild and repair solutions for our customers. Reporting to the Components Supervisor, you'll work within a safety-focused team environment supported by experienced leadership, industry-leading tooling and ongoing technical training through the WesTrac Institute.
Roster
Monday to Friday | 5/2 Roster | Day Shift Only | Home Every Night

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair and rebuild Caterpillar components to OEM standards.
- Work across engines, transmissions, torque converters, cylinders, final drives, differentials and hydraulic systems.
- Complete component strip, inspection, assembly and testing activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve component reliability and performance.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, efficiency and housekeeping within the workshop.

Skills & Experience
- Trade-qualified Plant Mechanic or Heavy Diesel Mechanic.
- Experience in heavy equipment maintenance and component rebuilds.
