About
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the successful individual will be skilled and experienced in Dyno operation, overhauling, troubleshooting and finding faults with 3500 and C175 engines. This work will be completed in a collaborative, team environment with a strong focus on safety with the use of JHA’s, Take 5’s, contamination control and general housekeeping.
Roster
This is a Full Time Permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday on a 2 Weeks Day Shift, 2 Weeks Night Shift Roster (10.50 hours per day), with the requirement to work 1 Saturday per month.
To be successful the following is required:
- Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Dyno Operation experience
- High Risk Work Licence, with accredited Dogging and Forklift
- Caterpillar engine overhaul experience - highly advantageous
- Advanced troubleshooting and fault finding skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous use of safety and risk assessment tools such as Job Safety Analysis and Take 5's
