Reporting to the Technology Operations Support Manager, the Standard Work Coordinator is responsible for developing Standard Documentation used to support work that needs to be executed to a high standard for the business unit. This process is used throughout WesTrac by teams executing their specific scopes of work i.e. Dealer Provided Options, New Machines and Technology MineStar Installations.
This is a lead role, pivotal in maintaining alignment to the broader WesTrac business strategies for standard documentation, to enable a high level of compliance requirements and quality during execution of work.
Standard jobs and standard work instructions increase efficiency and effectiveness, with the aim to deliver correct and timely work scoping, is an enabler to forecasting and planning, while also providing our execution teams accurate and easy to follow instructions,
Location: Anderson Place – Perth Airport
Roster: 5D2O 8.5hrs
To be successful the following is required:
- Previous experience with Technical Document Writing
- Demonstrated ability to document business processes and write detailed functional instructional documentation
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to enable effective collaboration with stakeholders and departments
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- High level computer literacy skills – MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, Windchill
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
- Mining, Construction or Trade related certification is desirable but not essential
