We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Data Quality & Support Analyst . Reporting to the Inventory, Data and Reporting Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a high level of data quality across all Sales Execution maintained data sets and reports, ensuring cost and time sensitive information is up to date.
The successful individual is also accountable with ongoing digital report & system development, where their innovative ideas and strategic thinking will drive efficiency and governance across all Sales Execution process areas.
The role is also responsible for providing analytics, with the opportunity to uncover valuable insights to enable data-driven decision-making and support new machine Sales & Operations Planning.
Location: South Guildford, WA
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days
To be successful the following is required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or significant industry experience
- Proven experience in data analysis, data quality management, metrics reporting, and analytics
- Good understanding of relational database design and data models (essential)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Platform environment, particularly Power BI and Power Apps
- High level proficiency of SQL programming language – knowledge of Python is a bonus
- Knowledge of data bricks environment and Smartsheet desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices
