WesTrac are looking for a motivated MineStar Business Analyst to join our growing Client Solutions Team.
Reporting to the Digital Support Manager, this role is responsible for day-to-day subscription management and billing of Digital Mining products, maintaining positive relationships with customers and tracking monthly financial metrics, aligned with the objectives of accurate and timely billing of new and renewed product and support subscriptions.
This role is responsible for designing and implementing processes that ensure the creation of accurate quotes and a consistent customer experience throughout the MineStar support lifecycle. This role will be a key part of our Support team, ensuring objectives and KPI’s are constantly achieved.
We are looking for a highly organised, driven, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail who can manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
Location: WesTrac Perth Branch, Reid Road Perth Airport
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days
To be successful the following is required:
- Tertiary qualification in a related field such as Commercial, Financial, or Business disciplines.
- Hands-on experience in Construction, Mining, or related industries, with an understanding of operational aspects.
- Experience in a customer-focused application support role will have a distinct advantage, to help you understand and meet our customers’ needs effectively.
- Aptitude for systems thinking and the ability to enhance operational processes.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret and articulate contract details, will be advantageous.
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role, adept at handling inquiries with efficiency alongside strong analytical skills.
- High-level problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess, prioritise, and escalate issues effectively.
- Essential for building and maintaining diverse internal and external relationships.
- Advanced time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail when dealing with high volumes of data across multiple systems.
- Comfortable working both collaboratively within a team and autonomously, adapting to the needs of the role.
- An understanding of WesTrac / Caterpillar technology products will be an advantage.
