FLEXIBLE WORKING:
Promoting a flexible work environment that fosters a dynamic and inclusive workforce is a priority for us. By providing flexible and responsive work options, we help you tailor the work-life balance that fits your needs. In doing so, we offer multiple options including - part-time, flexible hours, job-share, and 9-day fortnights. Team Leaders are encouraged to collaborate with you to find the best solution for you, WGA, and our valued clients.
PAID PARENTAL LEAVE:
As part of our commitment to supporting working parents, we offer 8 weeks of company-paid parental leave to the primary caregiver and 2 weeks to the secondary caregiver, in addition to any government leave the employee might have access to. If the WGA employee is not the primary caregiver at the time of the birth (or placement) but subsequently becomes the primary caregiver, they can switch to access the remaining 6 weeks of primary parental leave.
FLEXIBLE UNPAID PARENTAL LEAVE:
We understand the need to focus on your family, especially during your little ones' formative years. At WGA, you are entitled to 52 weeks of unpaid parental leave with options to extend it up to 104 weeks.
Employees returning to work after taking parental leave can request flexible working arrangements. Â
