About our Role:
With continued growth and exciting developments coming for 2026 and beyond, we are using our fantastic platform in the Victorian market to springboard into new opportunities and are looking for a Lead Civil Engineer experienced in the Buildings and Property sector to help grow and develop our team and delivery capabilities.

About you:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering
- PER Accreditation
- Multiple years of post-graduate experience managing projects within the built environment sector
- Understanding of the Victorian market and proven relationships with key personnel
- Experience dealing with Architects, Landscape Architects, Government and private developers
- An ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
- Proven exposure to project delivery management for a consultancy
- A team first attitude
