About our approach:
We focus upon the core philosophy of delivering excellent engineering solutions for our valued Clients which allows us to create exceptional, long-term opportunities for our personnel. Our unique style of project delivery ensures that our people don't have to choose between maintaining hands on Engineering Design and corporate career options, they can have both!
About our Role:
A strong pipeline across Australia and New Zealand and excellent growth within our NSW region has led to the development of a permanent Civil Design position within our Newcastle office.
Learning from Senior Engineers and Designers, being challenged on a range of projects you won't be siloed into one sector making no two days the same.
We're lucky enough to have the reach of a Tier 1 organisation but the flexibility and feel of a much smaller business, get the best of both worlds!
About you:
- Proven experience in 12d Model and AutoCAD or Civil3D
- Understanding of Austroads & relevant Australian Standards
- Ability to work autonomously on rural and regionally based projects and interact with our fantastic team locally
- Desire to develop working relationships within our National Civil Design team, promoting the sharing of knowledge and ability to work across projects regardless of the Region in Australia
- Proven capacity to engage with and foster strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Passion and enthusiasm for technical delivery standards and delivering to project timeframes
