About us:
WGA is an Australian and New Zealand company like no other – we are owned by our employees, loved by our long-term clients and have deep roots in our communities. With a team of over 800 people, WGA provides a rich, diverse, and empowered workplace, and offers you a chance to work alongside some of the best in the business.

WGA offers an outstanding working environment that fosters and supports mutual learning, respect, dignity, cultural openness, and an appreciation of differing perspectives and backgrounds. We strive to offer inspiring career paths and a selection of fantastic employee benefits including exceptional parental leave options, flexible hours and work from home capability and learning and development programs tailored to you.

About our Role:
Due to continued business growth, WGA is seeking a Document Controller to join our established national Document Control team.
You will be joining a collaborative team of document control professionals who support a diverse portfolio of projects. This Adelaide-based, full-time role is well suited to someone who values quality and consistency, and brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You will apply a strong “best for project” mindset, using your experience to identify requirements and deliver practical solutions, with success in the role underpinned by your ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and clients.
Primary to the role will be implementing and maintaining project specific document control procedures to ensure compliance with document control, information and records management requirements as well as checking, processing and maintaining internal and external deliverables across the project lifecycle.

About you:
  • Minimum 3 years document control experience ideally in a major project environment.
  • Experience in the operation of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Proven experience working across multiple projects/project elements concurrently.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office suite, preferably including Visio.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong administration, planning and organisation skills.
  • High attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
  • Ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
  • Australian citizenship preferred (required to obtain Baseline security clearance).

About working with us:
At WGA we believe a diverse workplace fosters unique and progressive ideas and drives our culture of learning and sharing knowledge. We encourage all to apply because whatever your background, you can progress your career and enjoy the benefits that only a privately owned organisation can offer.
