About Our Role
We are looking for a part-time OD Advisor to join us 3 days per week on a 14‑month fixed-term contract, covering a period of parental leave.
At WGA we understand the importance of supporting and developing our people, and our learning and organisational development initiatives are a big part of that. The role provides the opportunity to manage a variety of existing successful programs as well as to be involved in designing and implementing new ones.
Initial focus areas will be on the management of
- Elevate, our early career development program supporting around 80 graduates and early-career professionals across Australia and New Zealand.
- Client relationship programs.
- Leadership programs.
There are also opportunities for facilitation and coaching in support of early-career and new leader programs.
The role can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, or Perth.
About You
- Experience scoping, designing, and managing learning programs.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a multi-office People and Culture team.
- Experience delivering training and facilitating workshops.
- Able to project manage group-wide initiatives, including scoping learning programs, creating simple project plans, tracking progress, and conducting a project review.
- Intermediate skills and knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience working across HR systems (we use Employment Hero and Culture Amp).
- A relevant tertiary qualification and 3+ years' experience in learning or organisational development.
- Experience in professional services/consulting/commercial building, or construction industries will be highly regarded.
- Accreditation and ability to debrief individual assessments (e.g. DiSC or Lifestyles Inventory) will be highly regarded.
