The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Assistant to join the MSRDC finance team. As the Administration Assistant you will provide efficient, timely and accurate administrative support to the DC Business Analyst and other members of the DC Management team as required. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reconciliation and verification of vendor invoices
- Coding invoices correctly and getting authorised appropriately
- Batching invoices and send to TPC for payment
- Recording each invoice in DC expense file
- Checking SAP postings to close the purchase orders
- Raising purchase order for DC consumables and requisites
- Keeping vendor information updated
- Responding to suppliers and stakeholders enquiries
- Helping with month end accrual and accounts enquiries
- Tracking CODB spending against DC budget
- Collecting data from various systems to prepare the weekly and monthly reports
- Ad hoc admin tasks
Who we’re looking for
With demonstrated success in a Finance Admin support role or similar, and your ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, we are also seeking the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in administration and accounts
- Intermediate skills in Excel (Essential)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all the stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and organisational skills, including time management
- High level of attention to details
- Be able to work independently and part of a team
- Passionate about identifying process improvement opportunities
- Experience with using SAP, Google documents or other large ERP systems
