C1C Development Facilitator - QLD

The Role
To support our purpose of creating better experiences together for a better tomorrow by connecting communities to the products they need and love.
Development Facilitators deliver high quality face-to-face group-based, and individual learning & development services to Primary Connect team members. The role is accountable for the delivery of programs installed by the C1C Academy such as Customer 1st Champion Foundation , and Better Every Day in their state/DC(s). The role may also be called upon to deliver additional Learning & Development for team members around the Network as required.
As a Development Facilitator, you will partner with other Development Facilitators in your state and across the Supply Chain network. As such, there may be the requirement to travel within your state and nationally as part of this role. You will collaborate with your local Supply Chain Operations team(s) and Culture and People Partners to provide these impactful and immersive learning experiences to all team members. Facilitating further support, coaching, and mentoring of our DC teams forms part of the responsibilities.
In the role, your responsibilities will be:
- Engaging facilitation of C1C Academy Learning & Development Modules
- Partner with Supply Chain Communications, Culture & People Partners, Supply Chain Managers, State Operations Managers, and Regional Leads to plan and deliver ongoing learning and development for team members
- Provide closed-loop communication and support where necessary, to Culture & People Partners, Supply Chain Managers, and State Operations Managers to drive change and embed learning
- Effective scheduling of C1C Academy L&D Modules with the DC(s) in your state
- Coach and support supplementary facilitators
- Excite all team members with the purpose and direction of Woolworths Group and Supply Chain
- Help team members to identify how they can personally develop to reach their full potential and drive a more successful business
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities through monitoring C1C quality and maintaining relationships with fellow Development Facilitators
- Timely communication to participants and stakeholders
- Cost/budget control & expense management around your facilitation requirements
- Administration and input of participant data into State and National Databases
- Management of training resources (i.e. participant workbooks, stationery, materials, environment setup, catering)
- Maintain external knowledge of learning facilitation best practice, retail trends, and leadership to ensure each learning event meets the customer need
- Utilise Learning and Development tools to optimise development processes
Who we’re looking for
Our new Development Facilitator will be driven and passionate, keen to get things done and able to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
The suitable candidate will have:
- Strong understanding of adult learning requirements
- Demonstrated experience in providing leadership for the development of a Customer 1st culture
- Experience in facilitation, development, and assessment of others (accreditations not mandatory)
- Relationship management background including external partners and business partners
- Customer service and team focus
- High level of pro-activity and self-accountability
- Flexible and able to work from any of our distribution centres as needed (Stapleton, Heathwood, Brisbane Regional DC, Warwick and Townsville)
- Knowledge of DC operations (FMCG) or equivalent would be desirable but not essential
