The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven and dynamic People and Culture Business Partner for a fixed-term opportunity within Primary Connect. Your role will entail effectively partnering with the Supply Chain Manager and site leadership team to provide strategic & operational HR coaching, advice and support. . The Team Experience Partner will play an integral role in partnering with the Supply Chain Manager, site leadership team and broader team as they navigate through a significant cultural transformation.
This role will be critical to success by:
- Providing coaching and leadership development by aligning performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives
- Proactively contributing to the development and execution of the People Plan, actively participating in the cultural shift by leading by example and supporting our leaders to hold everyone to account
- Effectively navigating a challenging industrial landscape, building constructive relationships with union partners
- Building leadership capability across the talent pipeline
- Partnering with leaders to develop engagement initiatives with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Providing actionable insights to leaders on trends in people data and provide support and coaching to act on this data
- Managing the implementation of people change initiatives
About you
We’re looking for a resilient and relationship driven People and Culture Business Partner who has:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar People Business Partnering role
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience designing and implementing organisation change programs
- Strong relationship management background including working with trade unions
- Comfort in working autonomously and through ambiguity
- Experience with navigating enterprise agreements would be highly beneficial
