The Opportunity
We have multiple new and exciting opportunities for Client Partnerships Executives to join the team. As a member of the Cartology Sales team, Client Partnership Executives will support the team in managing client relationships and work with the wider business to deliver campaigns from brief through to results.
You will work with the sales, operations and insight teams in order to deliver valuable outcomes for our clients. This role will report into the Group Client Partnerships Manager.
- Supporting the team in briefing campaigns across bookings team & production
- Day to day management of the relationship between vertical and operations teams
- Provide Partnership Managers with compliance reporting & escalate any issues or concerns
- Work with finance and commercial team to support client billings queries
- Support incoming queries from clients
- Be the internal and external sales point of contact for campaign delivery
- Support the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation and assist in pipeline management
- Provide administrative support to the client partnerships team to enable them to achieve their targets
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, wiki, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials with marketing
- Support Client Partnership Managers with deck creation and client meeting preparation
About You
You are a highly motivated and customer oriented sales-guru that is passionate about delivering and creating the best client experience possible.
In addition you will have:
- Experience in a sales support or customer support/service role preferably within the media or tech industry
- Proficiency in full Google suite, especially in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement, strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
- Energised by an entrepreneurial environment
- Proactive, able to work independently & as part of a team
- Ability to anticipate both client & sales team needs
- Takes initiative and follows-through on commitments to achieve results
- Reliable, completes work to a high standard
