The Digital Experience & Content Coordinator brings the BIG W digital offer to life through the execution of content that inspires customers, driving customer conversion and sales growth.
12month fixed term contract
The Role
As a Content Coordinator for BIG W X, you will be responsible for managing the integrity of all online content for products within the Everyday & Home Universe.
The day to day role will require you to:
- Produce digital product content that is inspiring, accurate and supports brand principles and SEO principles;
- Source product details (including title, description, imagery, features and benefits) from our Commercial team and suppliers;
- Manage the data flow and product entry for all Everyday & Home products into our product database, and onto the website;
- Partner with our Marketing Content Producers to manage the process of product samples for photography, and maintain accurate image flow;
- Partner with our legal and compliance teams to understand consumer laws in relation to content, and to ensure our online content meets those requirements;
- Be the digital representative in post implementation reviews and range health check meetings;
- Understand and work within disciplined ways of working to ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged appropriately and processes are efficient and effective.
BIG W X is currently offering this role as a 12 month fixed term position, with potential opportunities to extend towards the end of the contract.
