
Replenishment Manager
We are extremely excited to share with you an opportunity to be a part of the new Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Caringbah, NSW and contribute to the leadership team in one of our large scale dedicated online facilities. This CFC will offer Home Delivery, Crowd and our first ever CFC Direct to Boot offer.
Join us in providing a little good for our online customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager - Product, this role will:

Shape the future of online shopping

Be part of a new CFC in NSW, which provides a dedicated fulfilment offering at a larger scale.

Ensure optimal CFC operational performance across Replenishment activities in the CFC.

Lead, manage, and support the Replenishment teams to provide an exceptional level of service to all Online customers by ensuring stock is available when required to support picking of Online orders.

As the Replenishment Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Supervise the team to ensure shelves are replenished in a timely manner so that customers receive their orders on time and in full

Roster Replenishment teams to ensure all tasks are completed prior to the next pick session and resources are shared with Inventory team as required

Replenishing shelves, support OOS management processes the maintenance of SOH data accuracy

Ensure CFC tasks are completed in line with company policies and procudeures, including but not limited to food safety and security standards

Provide team and operational feedback, ideas and concerns to the CFC Operations Manager - eCom/Product to improve our offer to customers

Essential knowledge and experience

Retail management experience
-
Replenishment or Grocery department management experience
-
Experience working to a budget to achieve business targets including CODB and throughput

Previous experience leading and developing a diverse team

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing the performance, development and engagement of team members

Computer literate
Desirable knowledge and experience

Experience with visual merchandising and stock control

Experience working in a highly regulated environment

Experience working in food online environment

Experience communicating across large teams
