We have a fantastic 8-month fixed-term parental leave cover opportunity for an enthusiastic, hands-on, HR Business Partner, internally this role is known as a Team Experience Partner. We work flexibly, and ideally, you will be based in Sydney, although we are flexible on location for the right person! This is a unique opportunity to impact our business performance through your exceptional partnering ability and talent in identifying opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness. Your expertise in driving outcomes through strong relationships with business leaders will focus on building and implementing strategies in alignment with business plans.

About the Opportunity
This role will be responsible for driving value for the business by working within an Agile framework to deliver initiatives aligned to our purpose and strategy. This role will also facilitate the delivery of core people processes such as the annual performance and reward cycle, organisational planning and reporting as well as driving team listening across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders in the B2B Food Group and the wider Woolworths ecosystem.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Partner with leaders and the people team to ensure the successful delivery of our core people processes
- Utilise data and analytics to provide insights and frame and identify opportunities to enhance the team experience and overall organisational effectiveness
- Provide the leadership teams with coaching, advice and support across all areas of talent development, team engagement, leadership, change, organisational design, capability, development and organisational effectiveness in partnership with end-to-end teams
- Drive and deliver robust talent plan and rhythm including workforce and succession planning, talent reviews, capability building, leadership capability and cultural change
Working in an agile environment, you will be supported by a flexible and adaptive, high performing People team. You will have great exposure to large scale people initiatives through participation in people tribes and squads.

We’re looking for a resilient and values-driven Business Partner who has an analytical mindset with previous experience working in a fast paced environment. This role will suit someone with strong HR foundations and excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
Engaging and dealing with stakeholders has no secret for you! You have an exceptional ability to build lasting relationships and partner with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation - a skill that has been developed through your previous experience in a strategic business partner role. You will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to think and plan for the long term, and the capability to diagnose issues and use data and insights to influence solutions/outcomes. You will have a passion for understanding your stakeholders and mastery in embedding yourself into their world as a trusted and collaborative partner.
