About The Role
The purpose of the roles are to provide high quality, accurate and timely payroll services to Woolworths Divisions & Group Functions. This role will contribute to a team culture of service excellence supported by new HR processes and technology. Partnering with People Services customers and HR teams across the full operating model, this role will identify ways to enhance the line manager and employee experience through day-to-day service delivery.
A summary of responsibilities will include, however not be limited to:
Delivery of the day-to-day operational payroll services including processing pay runs, reconciliation, reporting and system maintenance
Meet all objectives & KPIs aligned to People Services objectives and target Service Levels
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all people systems
Identify continuous improvement opportunities through monitoring service performance, employee data and systems analytics
Deliver key customer requirements and process / system changes where required
Work within policy and legislation changes to ensure compliance
Foster a collaborative working environment across all service delivery teams
Utilise multiple People systems including SAP Payroll, Success Factors, Preceda, Kronos, Spinifex Help Desk/Reporter/Documents to optimise employee lifecycle and payroll processes
Coaching stakeholders on payroll systems and reporting
Participate in system testing as required
Participate in internal / external audit processes and follow up on audit actions

Advanced experience in SAP
Experience in a high volume payroll environment
Facilitation of payroll deliverables
