Team Leader - Cartology Promoted Products (Paid Search)

About The Role

In the position of Team Leader - Cartology Promoted Products (Paid Search), you will have the opportunity to leverage your digital media skills, whilst coaching and leading a team of customer-facing Product Specialists, with the purpose of delivering successful outcomes for our clients and their use of our Paid Search digital media solution: Cartology Promoted Products. This role will also see you executing sales strategies, product updates and client go-to-market initiatives along with the Product Specialist team.

As a team leader, you will engage your direct reports to deliver their best results, and create a high performance team culture, focused on delivering results against business targets.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Senior Product Manager.

Key deliverables:

  • Implement product and sales strategies with team members for both existing and new business clients
  • Lead, coach and supervise the day-to-day activities of Product Specialists to achieve both business revenue targets and deadlines
  • Execute the client engagement framework with team and support team in market
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and broader Cartology and Woollies X teams to ensure we provide positive experiences and results to our clients
  • Support rollout of communication to clients of new product features and updates
  • Conduct training, regular one on one meetings and performance reviews for your direct reports

About You

To succeed in this position, you should demonstrate:

  • Result-driven experience in digital media, specifically in Paid Search
  • A client-facing media agency background, inclusive of exposure to sales strategy
  • Team leading capability, with the ability to provide guidance, instruction, training, and inspirational leadership
  • An engaging communication style, one that encourages others to perform at their optimum
  • Solid experience creating cohesive teams that work efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential
