Supplier Solutions Lead
Purpose of role:
Manage and influence stakeholders to solve and get the best outcome for Woolworths for required Supply Chain projects.
You will be responsible to:
- Determine supplier freight cost recovery impacts due to network changes and work across internal and external stakeholders.
- Supplier standards document - stakeholder management of all parties to get best outcome
- Develop a strategic approach to optimising commercial outcomes as NDC suppliers move from MNDC to the new Moorebank DC
- Plan and work with stakeholders to launch commercial supply chain training - to ensure best results forWoolworths Group
- Escalate supplier non-conformance issues with the Woolworths commercial/ buying team to resolve outstanding or recurring issues across the supply chain network
- Prepare and execute communication plans as required for new and on-going projects.
- Events preparation and planning for suppliers events as required
- Work with & support with Suppliers and Buying Teams
- Develop comms and change plans to support Supply Chain Projects
- Stakeholder Management and influencing
About you:
- Excellent communication skills and will be able to write, speak, and present clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings
- Sound understanding of commercial buying processes and day to day management
- Strong relationship building skills
- Proactive and a self-starter, detail orientation and organised
- You will be Innovative; creating new ideas and challenging the status quo.
- High level of influencing and negotiation skills to achieve best possible outcomes.
- Developed understanding of supplier and buying processes
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and leading behavioural and cultural change
- Superior MS Office, Google docs, reporting and ERP system use
