About the role
In this exciting role, you will support the wider State Leadership team and our stores in achieving the F23 My Plan results through providing data led insights, managing day to day CODB budgets and utilising your knowledge and experience to support and coach our store teams. You will be required to work closely with various teams within the wider Woolworths group ecosystem, representing the State Leadership Team.
Whilst primarily Sydney based, this role may require you to travel from time to time in order to best support our store teams through seeking and providing feedback, coaching as required and liaising with project leads and/or wider state support team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and supporting store teams on our processes
- Running and analysing reports to provide insights
- VOC / Rewards / Medallia insights
- Working closely with the loss team to support Sustainability
- Authorised Funds Management and Cash Discrepancies
- Authorised travel bookings
- Reconciliation of invoices
- Escalation of resource recovery issues
- Supporting sustainability / waste reduction
- Escalation of laundry management issues
- Escalation of trolley fleet queries
- Escalation of store requisite issues
- State CARE Awards
- Sev 1 - Monitor for close off
- Lighting schedule changes
About you
- Proficient in Google suite
- Strong communication skills - able to communicate effectively key messages with stakeholders, have an adaptive style and influence outcomes.
- Ability to work well within a team environment whilst also being able to self motivate
- Able to self prioritise workloads and concurrently manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong results focus, with a continuous improvement skill set
- Ability to influence relationships and outcomes with a broad range of stakeholders
- Ability to work in line with Stores Operations including nights and weekends where required
