
An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and self-driven People Partner to be part of our WooliesX business. Internally known as a Team Experience Partner, you will partner with a newly established and rapidly scaling WooliesX business unit, leveraging your change management and transformation experience to support the formation of a high performing leadership team.
Because this business area is in a state of transformational growth and rapid expansion, you will be required to work cross-functionally with many of our internal teams and squads and partner within our agile framework to achieve success. This role requires an excellent communicator with an adaptive, data-driven approach to continuous improvement.

About the Opportunity
In this role you will have the unique opportunity to partner with leaders across all of WooliesX. You will provide strategic & operational support and guidance to the business across all aspects of HR, enabling us to meet our business objectives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Strategically partnering with business leaders and People team, coaching and influencing stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and change management required to land programs of work;
- Partnering with People Tribes and Chapters (CoEs) to translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose initiatives to accelerate our digital and data ambitions
- Leading the development and implementation of key streams of work across our WX, in partnership with relevant People Leads, Business Practice Leads and Tribe Leads
- Leveraging data and insights across the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle to help inform business leaders, People team and Tribe on progress to goals, opportunities to celebrate success or change direction
- Leveraging the Agile Delivery Cycle to ensure we are effectively communicating business requirements, prioritising work and making resourcing decisions to deliver the highest impact work
- Effectively collaborating within the WooliesX and People Operating Model to achieve strategic objectives, in partnership with stakeholders to align priorities and manage trade-offs among conflicting priorities
Working in an agile environment, you will be supported by a flexible and adaptive, high performing People team. You will have great exposure to large scale people initiatives through participation in people tribes and squads.

- We’re looking for a strategic and analytical thinker who has experience working in complex, matrixed organisations. You will have a strong background in transformational change and enjoy working with leaders to diagnose BU needs, partner with Tribes to develop and implement HR solutions, and lead programs of work from conception to delivery.
- Engaging with stakeholders is your bread and butter! You have an exceptional ability to consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. You are skilled at building rapport and trust, your previous roles have given you a deep understanding of the consulting process, and you are confident in your ability to deliver results. In addition, you are comfortable and experience working through change and ambiguity.
- You will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to think and plan for the long term, and to use data and insights to influence solutions/outcomes. You will have a passion for understanding your stakeholders and mastery in embedding yourself into their world as a trusted and collaborative partner.
