The Opportunity
Our Woolworths 360 team, encompassing the facilities management and proactive services teams, are all about creating better experiences together, for a better tomorrow for our customers. To do this we need trolleys, lots of them, clean and available to be filled with all the wonderful fresh food goodies our customers like to enjoy. To do this we need your expertise, which will including ;

Responsible for all aspects of Trolley operations to support the delivery of service to stores.

Provide the subject matter expertise to the field operations team in regards to all aspects of trolley collection.

Act as the business owner of operational processes and standards with high regards to safety and team efficiency.

Lead the application of new methods, systems, technologies and equipment to maximise the value these deliver for our team and customers.

Work with property and broader 360 team to develop standards to improve the planning and execution of trolley return paths to those that support team safety and team efficiency.

Lead the sourcing strategy for the best and innovative vehicles, equipment and systems to support collection.

Work across the group to provide input to collection strategies to optimise outcomes for all brands.

Listen and support the field operations team, acting as their voice to take on feedback and reviewing these to deliver ongoing improvement in ways of working to deliver the service.

Undertake formal reviews of trolley processes and systems to ensure the safe operations for our team.
Who we are looking for
We need a Trolley expert who has demonstrated project planning experience, has ability to meet deadlines and constantly seeks continuous improvement in all aspects of trolley operations. In addition you will have

Relevant qualifications in facility management, store operations or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in a facilities management or store operations role within a large multi-site organisation.
-
Ability to work cross functionally to achieve outcomes.

Have a passion for service delivery and operations
-
Understanding of FMCG retail operation
-
Ability to develop and maintain standards
-
Project management experience is desirable
-
Financial analysis skills.

Good understanding of systems eg. Google or MS.
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including consultation, negotiation and high level representational skills.
