What you’ll do
The purpose of this role is to coordinate day-to-day activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance. Some of the F&M operational, compliance and team support roles under your purview are:
- Support the F&M Manager in tasks relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance
- Monitor F&M contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators
- Conduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned
- Comply to WOW Group and Primary Connect F&M policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements
- File, report & record maintenance records and incident management
- Support team's compliance to WOW and Primary Connect's policies and procedures
What you’ll bring

- Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in the facilities and/or property industry, industrial preferred
- Basic knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and building services
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Basic understanding of key building services, preferably in industrial property
- Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholders
