Assistant IMC Manager (Incident Management Centre)
The Woolworths Incident Management Centre operates 24/7 from the corporate office, which is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely advice and communication on all incidents impacting on the business, monitor and manage respective alarm systems, liaise with emergency services, security services and Store/Business Unit Teams. Woolworth is looking for a strong, dynamic and experienced individual to manage vital platforms and operating systems in order to provide a high level of service to the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Business analytic responsibilities, including data management, reporting, compliance management and data profiling
- Work with vendors and business partners to ensure the health and normal operation of the systems, this may include assisting with development and implementation of any new systems.
- Troubleshooting issues when they occur.
- Update respective databases and escalate any concerns accordingly.
- Train and coach IMC team members where required.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures to support business customers.
- Assist in and support the services provided by the IMC where required.
- Manage a variety of operational and support platforms and systems used by the IMC
Key Requirements
- Must be eligible to apply for or currently hold a 1E security licence.
- Ability to extract, synthetise and manipulate data from various sources.
- Strong leadership and customer service experience.
- Experience supporting Windows-based software applications, a good understanding of network protocols and comfortable with hardware.
- SQL and data visualisation skills including geographical visualisation essential.
- Ability to interpret commercial and proprietary design information (datasheets/drawings) to achieve maintenance and troubleshooting objectives.
- Relevant experience in managing operating systems in a control room.
- Comfortable and confident in dealing with high pressure situations.
- If occasionally required, available to work evenings and / or weekends.
