What you’ll do:
In the Enablement Partner - Sourcing role, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Group Sourcing - General Merchandise in facilitating collaboration and alignment between two business commercial teams and enhancing the Own Brand developments through Asia Sourcing offices.
Main accountabilities include:
- Process Improvement: Identify areas that can be streamlined, optimised, or automated to enhance efficiency and reduce costs with a focus on customers.
- Collaboration Facilitation: Foster communication between commercial teams, identify opportunities and ensure teams are working towards common goals.
- Ways of Working Alignment: Develop and implement standardised procedures, best practices, and guidelines to ensure a consistent approach to sourcing.
- Strategy & Delivery: Support in the execution and planning of the Sourcing Strategy, including supporting with roadmap to drive optimisation and enabling delivery
- Continuous Improvement: Remain curious in understanding global best practices, to ensure competitiveness.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of relevant retail / industry experience, specifically in the areas of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication abilities, paired up with adaptability, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Solid knowledge of relevant sourcing tools and buying processes, systems and trends.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
