What You'll Do
As a Proposition Manager within the Everyday Rewards Program & Lifecycle Tribe, your role is to support design and delivery of a best in class, market leading and commercially sustainable loyalty proposition for Everyday Rewards to deliver on the Group strategy and purpose.
Reporting to the Head of Rewards Proposition, you will work across the Everyday Rewards Tribes to ensure a collaborative and cohesive approach to how we design, manage and evolve our propositions to create member value.
As part of the Everyday Rewards Program Proposition squad, this role is responsible for developing and delivering new features and enhancements for the Everyday Rewards proposition, working closely with the broader Everyday Rewards and Everyday Brand & Marketing Tribes for delivery.
Additionally you will;
- Understand profitability of Everyday Rewards proposition to meet agreed hurdles and ensuring data driven decisioning when it comes to proposition evolution and changes
- Work with Customer Insights CoE and other stakeholders to maintain a deep understanding of customer pain points relative to the Everyday Rewards proposition
- Identify opportunities for proposition development that deliver both commercial and member value
- Develop proposition design ideas and enhancements for competitive advantage through market knowledge & monitor and report on competitor programs and propositions sharing best in class learnings across the business.
- Support the review and understanding of current operations, across all proposition proof points to identify and prioritise areas of opportunity to improve performance and inform future proposition development
- Be part of, and contribute to, Practice/home and Tribe/delivery teams focused on connection and collaboration, individual growth and building people and business capability to enable future success
What You'll Bring
The role requires a person that is a team player, with exceptional relationship building capabilities. You will show initiative with a customer focus and are adaptable to change and be a thought leader with a passion for best practice, innovation and data driven decision making. With the support of a strong team you will be comfortable working independently and proactively to avoid and resolve issues and seeks input where needed proactively.
Additionally you will bring
- Tertiary qualified background in strategy, marketing or product with a commercial focus ideal
- 5+ years experience in loyalty program or subscription business or similar
- Senior Leadership level presentation, communication, financial and planning skills
- Operationally resilient, with a proven track record of delivery in a fast paced commercial context
- Experience working in matrix teams with an ability to nurture productive internal relationships across a complex matrixed organisation
