What You'll Do
As a Senior Proposition Manager within the Everyday Rewards Program & Lifecycle Tribe, your role is to design and deliver a best in class, market leading and commercially sustainable loyalty proposition for Everyday Rewards to deliver on the Group strategy and purpose.
Reporting to the Head of Rewards Proposition, you will work across the WX business units/delivery and Group Brand & Marketing teams to ensure a collaborative and cohesive approach to how we design, manage and evolve our propositions to create member value.
Additional responsibilities will include;
- Development, management and evolution of Everyday Rewards proposition (and sub propositions) including commercials
- Alignment and connection of Everyday Rewards value propositions across the Group
- Prioritisation of key initiatives to improve and enhance the Everyday Rewards proposition
- Lead and optimise the ways of working with delivery and Marketing teams.
- Partner and agency management (eg. research) to measure importance and performance of the Everyday Rewards proposition and to identify improvements/enhancements/opportunities
What you'll bring
- 8+ years experience in loyalty program or subscription business or similar
- Tertiary education in related fields
- Background in strategy, marketing or product with a strong commercial focus ideal
- Executive level presentation, communication and planning skills
- Operationally resilient with a proven track record of delivery in a fast paced commercial context
- Strong leader of matrix teams with an ability to nurture productive internal relationships across a complex matrixed organisation
- Strong commercial and financial skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
