
Workforce Management Systems Specialist

What you’ll do
With your knowledge of retail standards, help our in-store team ensure we have the Right Team, for the Right Task, at the Right Time!
Deliver Workforce Management Systems activities that ensure Store, State and Division teams are fully supported, with accurate and timely data aligned to their available wage budgets and integrity of UKG demand lines. This includes developing, monitoring and managing the primary inputs and outputs (big data) from across our Workforce Management Systems e.g. IBM Planning and Analytics and UKG.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the weekly delivery of demand-based productivity within a defined productivity cycle, ensuring that TEC budgets are delivered on time, with a full range of checks and balances applied to protect our investment in the cost base
- Collaborating with a Labour Standards team ensuring that productivity systems reflect process maps, and are deployed to Production in line with deployment plans
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure that performance opportunities are identified and optimised, using data insight across systems (Success Factors, Kronos, Labor Pro and GCP)
- Being a conduit between technical and business users in managing and developing system features
- Improving Workforce Management Systems processes to reduce costs through our end-to-end processes
- To lead and project manage the development of new automated data solutions and workflows, working with various partners across our business.
What you’ll bring
This role suits those with strong stakeholder partnering & project management skills. If you’re able to piece together data, and use your knowledge of processes for the end-user to keep RT3 & Kronos functions aligned and in check. You will also be on the hunt for simplifications of processes and innovations for the future. You will have:
- Systems, process and data management skills within a workforce management environment, with experience gained across large-scale retailers
- Experience in managing and working with large complex data sets and processes, with an ability to keep the message simple when engaging others.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, with external engagement and supplier relationship-building
- Clear and timely communication skills that support the end-to-end management of core test and production environment processes across different platforms
- Proven success in developing and delivering technical solutions change
Desired but not essential:
- Some understanding and working knowledge of UKG or IBM Planning and Analytics.
- A basic knowledge of Structure Query Language (SQL)
- Qualified in Maynard’s Operation Sequence Technique (MOST)
