About Us
Construction is now well underway for our new Moorebank RDC (MoRDC). Located in Moorebank NSW, MoRDC is the latest distribution centre being added to the Primary Connect Network. The 84,000 sqm facility will strengthen Primary Connect’s NSW supply chain and service more than 350 Woolworths Supermarkets, with over 9,000 product lines. We will be partnering with Vanderlande, who are a market-leading, global partner for process automation in the warehousing industry.
We are now seeking an experienced professional to join us as Head of Operations for this new distribution centre who is passionate about safety, supply chain excellence, and building high-performing teams.
What you’ll do
- You’ll manage a return to work caseload/portfolio that will include early intervention cases and cases where a workers’ compensation claim has been made
- You’ll engage with operational teams to provide training and mentoring in managing return to work and relevant legislative compliance
- Maintain active engagement with relevant treating parties to assist team members and operational teams in achieving recovery outcomes and overcoming barriers
- Provide sound technical advice on recovery/return to work issues to Operational teams.
