The Opportunity
This role is dedicated to executing campaigns and initiatives which drive the growth of our Everyday Market proposition, by acquiring customers, and optimising digital campaigns to drive growth in revenue. This is a customer focused and insights driven role, you will be delivering digital campaigns across paid media, email, and website with a passion for optimising and improving performance of these channels.

What you'll do
- Executing and optimising campaigns across both owned and paid channels
- Partner with internal designers, channel delivery teams, seller teams and wider WooliesX business units on the end to end execution of campaigns
- Deliver targeted customer campaigns and offers, across multiple segments to deliver commercial outcomes and customer growth
- Implement test and learn roadmaps to deliver best practice campaigns and tactics to drive conversion.
- Development of post-campaign reporting based on channel results & actionable insights to inform future campaign approaches.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles
- Demonstrable experience in end-to-end managing highly successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns
- Experience in email marketing campaigns with knowledge of customer lifecycle.

Proven experience in developing Test & Learn frameworks, and driving conversion rates across multiple channels

Ability to communicate clearly to a broad and diverse stakeholder network
