A message from YancoalAnnual Leave: 5 weeks annual leave provided for site-based employees weeks, 6 weeks for site employees on a rotating roster. Corporate office employees receive 4 weeks annual leave.
Personal Leave: 15 days of personal leave per year for site-based employees, 10 days for corporate office.
