Role Purpose
At Yarra Trams, our mission is to deliver world-class transport services to our passengers. In this role, you will contribute to this goal by assisting OCMS project managers and renewal leads in developing and updating projects artefacts, project reports and project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Completing activities for projects including financial updates and preparing reports.
- Scheduling meetings/workshops, providing agendas and record meeting decisions/actions.
- Developing and maintaining project documentation and artefacts.
- Following up general queries, escalations, and outstanding items.
- Maintaining and updating project schedule.
- Submitting resource requests for projects’ work.
- Maintaining and updating risk, issue, decision, and action registers as directed by the project managers.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and/or significant proven experience, relevant to this discipline.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining project documentation and schedules.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft Project.
- Strong written and verbal communications and ability to organise internal and external communications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple projects.
- Ability to work autonomously and seek guidance when necessary.
