Your mission:
Own the strategy. Lead the planning. Deliver seamless tram services for Melbourne’s biggest events and manage disruptions across the network. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working with government agencies, event organisers, and leading our teams to make sure millions of journeys go right—even when things get tough.

✔ Lead cross-functional teams and multi-agency coordination
✔ Drive readiness strategies and resilience planning
