Preventative & Planned Maintenance

  • Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance in accordance with maintenance instructions and OEM requirements
  • Perform inspections, servicing, testing and component replacements to ensure fleet availability and passenger comfort
  • Identify emerging defects and support condition-based maintenance initiatives to reduce service disruptions

  • Ensure refrigerant handling meets ARCtick and environmental compliance requirements
  • Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, risk assessments and continuous improvement activities
  • Perform all work in accordance with the applicable Enterprise Agreement

Documentation & Reporting

  • Accurately complete work orders, defect reports and maintenance records using the maintenance management system
  • Record refrigerant usage, test results and compliance documentation
  • Escalate safety, quality or asset risks through appropriate reporting channels
