About the role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Storeperson/Driver due to an internal promotion. You will be managing all warehouse activities at our Greystanes depot. You will mostly be working at the Greystanes depot however at times you may travel around Sydney, Southern Highlands and Wollongong.
The role has an attractive starting base hourly rate of $39.60 on our Zinfra Gas Enterprise Agreement NSW 2021, you will also have the opportunity to increase your salary with overtime, receive meal and travel allowances when applicable and enjoy a monthly RDO.
Key responsibilities include
- Warehouse activities including; picking/packing orders, receiving, storing, sorting, dispatching materials and stocktake
- Supervising the security of the site and ensuring the warehouse continues to safely meet the delivery schedule to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain housekeeping in the stores area
- Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders
- Track inventory via inventory software packages
- Delivery of materials to Zinfra depots, contractors and clients as required
About you
- Knowledge of and experience with warehouse operating practices including; receipting, inspection, picking, packing and inventory controls
- Knowledge of appropriate manual handling techniques (heavy lifting involved)
- Experience with SAP (desirable)
- Hold a Driver's Licence (MR Licence desirable)
- Hold a Forklift Licence (desirable)
