Role
As an Agile Coach you’ll support the design and on-going improvement of “the Zurich Australia & NZ way” based on agile principles.
Your task is to ensure the teams and the organisation have a clear understanding of the values and practices of agile, whilst coaching the teams on the rationale behind them. You will encourage and assist teams with making continuous improvements to their agile ways of working. At the same time help individuals and teams achieve their key motivations, career objectives and personal improvement needs. Ultimately, you will be supporting our teams to achieve our ambitions of transforming our industry and creating peace of mind for more Australians.
Important to your success
Relevant Scrum,Product Owner (CSM, PSM, or SSM) and Agile at Scale accreditation (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale)
- Expert understanding of agile practices (including Scrum, Kanban etc.) and enterprise agile frameworks
- Proven experience in Agile Coaching preferably in transformation
- Passion for driving change, outcomes and supporting people development
- Familiarity with Systems Thinking, Value Streams and the application of Lean
