About the role
We are looking for someone who can creatively consider and develop the user experience in IT Service Management both within projects and day to day operations. Reporting to the Head of IT Service Management, the primary focus for this role is to identify, propose and seek out opportunities for continual service improvements across APAC IT Services.
The work involves engagement in developing communications, education, and support materials (think videos and how-to guides) across a widely varied portfolio, coordinating and leading activities within business and technical teams to maintain, monitor and improve operations.
The right person will have strategic thought processes and a creative approach to problem solving.
This role is an ideal opportunity for either an IT professional with a background that includes communications or change management, or a communications or marketing professional looking to make a switch into the technical landscape.

Important to your success
To be successful in this role, you will have (most, if not all) of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology / Marketing / Communications and 3 or more years of experience in related field
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft tooling and collaboration tools
- Excellent interpersonal / negotiation and diplomacy skills
- Must possess exceptional writing skills and be able to compose engaging and accurate content
- Demonstrated planning prioritisation and organisational skills
- Strong client orientation / customer service skills
- Solid analytical/problem-solving skills
