About the role
A fantastic opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Life Insurance & Investments Division as a Customer Care Consultant.
This is a great entry level role into Zurich where you will be provided with excellent training and the support of a wonderful team.
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will provide exceptional service to our customers and advisers through inbound calls where you will assist with queries ranging from general Life Insurance policy information, processing requests, and maintaining details for existing Life Insurance policies.

Important to your success
- Strong Customer Service experience (call centre experience highly regarded)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Great initiative and ability to prioritise tasks
- Solid computer literacy skills
