The People & Culture teamwork with each business unit to make Zurich a great place to be. The P&C team has ~30 team members and comprises of BU HR, Performance & Reward, Health & Wellbeing, Payroll, Service/Operations, Talent & Diversity, and Talent Acquisition.

About the role
As the People and Culture Services Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of HR Advisors & Specialists as they provide HR advice to our leaders and employees and improve the customer experience by focusing on continuous improvement.
The team is responsible for the full employee experience (onboarding through full life cycle to exit), complex employee relations advice, customer experience, global mobility, simplification and continuous improvement of policy, procedure, process and systems and other HR projects and initiatives.
Important to your success
- Experience leading a team, ideally in the Financial Services Industry.
- Strong HR Generalist, project, and process improvement skills.
- Strong change management focus and ability to lead change activities.
- Strong relationship management, influencing and communication skills.
- Strong service mindset and ability to drive outcomes.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow preferrable.
