Roster: We want the best and we are flexible! Options for job share, options for flexible working! Tell us what appeals to you! Travel is 100% on company time from Adelaide or Port Augusta we have daily flights in and out of Carrapateena.
Reporting to: Senior Advisor – Health & RN

Health Advisor & RN will focus on ensuring the value of Carrapateena is maximised. specifically, this includes:
- Providing primary health care treatment, emergency medical & trauma services in collaboration with onsite Paramedics in a newly purpose-built medical centre
- Participating in the effective rollout of Health and Well Being program and Mental Health Strategies
- Managing rehabilitation and return to work programs.
- Develop and present statistical analysis as required on Health performance and review effectiveness of Safe Operating Procedures Practice
- Facilitation of health centre management systems with a focus on equipment, licencing, records keeping, database management, equipment, stock management
- Coordinating and Undertake Drug and Alcohol Testing (Random and For Cause)
- Logging incident & personal data into INX InControl and Medical Director software
This role requires a values-based individual with a desire to deliver best practice outcomes with skills and personal attributes
- Qualification as Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
- Advanced Life Support Level 1
- Endorsement to obtain, supply and administer S2, 3, 4 and 8 medicines
- Extensive experience in emergency, critical care or remote area nursing
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement health monitoring programmes to ensure compliance
- Experience with injury management / rehabilitation in an industrial or mining workplace including current Return to Work Coordinator course (non-essential)

We own the Prominent Hill copper-gold mine, are currently constructing the ~A$1b Carrapateena copper-gold mine and progressing the West Musgrave project (Australia's largest undeveloped copper-nickel resource).
Carrapateena is an iron-oxide copper-gold deposit located in South Australia on the eastern margin of the Gawler Craton. Carrapateena is one of the country's largest undeveloped copper deposits and will be developed as a modern Sub Level Cave.
